Passetoutgrains is the wine Burgundians take to parties for easy relaxed drinking, for it is a blend, usually, as here, of pinot noir and gamay. But in the hands of Domaine Marquis d’Angerville, it is a really delightful quaff: fruit and elegance from the pinot noir, meat, just enough acidity and a hint of pepper from the gamay.
